Each serving of Nature’s Truth Hair, Skin, Nails delivers 5,000 mcg of Biotin (also known as Vitamin B-7), an essential B Vitamin your body needs, but cannot produce. These rapid release liquid softgels include Vitamin C, Argan Oil, Collagen, and Coconut Oil for additional support.
Suggested use
For adults, take three (3) rapid release liquid softgels daily, preferably with a meal.
Other ingredients
Gelatin, soybean oil, vegetable glycerin, soy lecithin, mica, carmine color, titanium dioxide color.
Contains soy and tree nut (coconut and argan) ingredients.
Free of gluten, wheat, milk, lactose, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener.
